Bangalore's uber luxury hotel The Ritz-Carlton turns five!

I fondly remember walking into this property 2 months after it opened in 2013. I was in awe. I loved every piece of it and it only spoke of class. 5 years later, I still can't help but be wowed with how far they have come. The Ritz Carlton in Bengaluru still remains class apart despite having stiff competition.

Recently, they celebrated 5 years of exceptional service in India. To celebrate the milestone, select guests were invited for an evening of fine indulgence and rich taste over an exclusive chef’s table dinner by the newly appointed Executive Chef, Bruno Cerdan. The gorgeous d├ęcor of the table setting by the exotic poolside on Level 5, set the stage for a visually spectacular culinary feast dished out by the Chef.

The Ritz-Carlton’s unrivalled gourmet moments were brought alive through a uniquely curated menu with signature dishes, prepared for a fine dining experience for select guests. The evening witnessed unexpected and delectable combinations of global cuisine including succulent lobster salad, morrel risotto, rack of baby lamb and homemade desserts paired with the finest vintage wines. The signature dishes such as the Pan Fried Foie Gras highlighted the grandeur of the celebratory affair.

Speaking on the occasion, Amitabh Rai, General Manager - The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore said, “The journey thus far has been a celebration of luxury hospitality at its finest. The exclusive menu has been designed to showcase the hotel’s global culinary pedigree complemented with the richness of local flavours paired with vintage aromas.”
