Steaming Sensations at Shiro

WHat happens when you have lots of food, that you love, at once?


Nothing! you go back home happy!!!



That defines the steaming sensations festival happening at Shiro right now and is not to be missed. The menu boasts of some amazing dim-sums that leave you wanting for more. What better way to welcome the Chinese New year than sitting and sipping hot tea with sumptuous dim sums. This festival offers a dazzling array of traditional forms of dumplings that reflects the flavors of Chinese culture in real sense.

At Shiro we met the Chef Priyank who is one of the brains behind the food served and what he suggested made us happy. Because I am a vegetarian I will be able to tell you how the veg food tasted but I am posting pictures of the Non-Vegetarian dishes for those who prefer meat.

Main course had Japanese rice, Bean Shoots and some Noodles


Finally we ended Volcano Cake and some Ice Cream.
